If within 10 days of receipt you are DISSATISFIED with your purchase for ANY reason and would like a FULL product refund (not including shipping) simply follow these steps:

1. Submit an RMA Request or email support@rrsouvenir.com your order description and photo of the issue if applicable.
2. Repack the product in its original packaging, including all materials.
3. After your RMA is approved please ship the item back to our return address below for a full product refund, but not its shipping.
